OMEGA Trading Inc. is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example: source code of the OMEGA algorithm, algorithms, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design).
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, and decompilation of the OMEGA algorithm source code, in whole or in part, is expressly prohibited without the express written authorization of OMEGA. The code is registered and protected under intellectual property laws.
The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services (such as the Academy or license activation).

OMEGA Trading Inc is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to avoid it.
Likewise, OMEGA Trading Inc does not guarantee economic profitability derived from the use of the OMEGA indicator. Financial markets are volatile and past performance does not ensure future results.
OMEGA Trading Inc reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate to its portal, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented.
In the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites (such as TradingView, Discord, Brokers) are available on the domain, OMEGA Trading Inc will not exercise any type of control over said sites and contents. In no case will it assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third-party website.
OMEGA Trading Inc reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use, especially in cases of OMEGA software piracy.
The relationship between OMEGA Trading Inc and the User shall be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Murcia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
